James Crall

James is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Entomology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His interests are focused on the behavioral ecology of insects under global change. His lab group uses computer vision and automation to address these questions, and ongoing projects include developing systems for quantifying social behavior within bee nests and automated monitoring of flower-visiting insects to understand behavior and community ecology.
