Helena is a Postdoc researcher in the QGG group, at Aarhus University. Her background is in computer science and applied (deep) machine learning.
During her PhD in the Agricultural Biosystems Engineering group at the Wageningen University & Research, Helena developed computer-vision methods for automatic lameness detection in dairy cows.
Helena’s research interests lie in applications of computer vision and machine learning for conservation and wildlife monitoring.
